If we are to focus on this communion, it is important to understand that, what is called 'Man,' has a female person and a male person in one being of body ("one flesh"),[1] and of soul and of course mind. Man is a unity.
'The unity of soul and body is so profound that one has to consider the soul to be the "form" of the body: i.e., it is because of its spiritual soul that the body made of matter becomes a living, human body; spirit and matter, in man, are not two natures united, but rather their union forms a single nature.' [2]
Out of this single nature comes what it means to be either a man or a woman. However, in this creation, we are as a human being both male and female in a single nature called human nature. One has the female person and male person all in one.
From the Dawn of Creation, Adam and Even spread their genes and the human race was spawned. 'Because of its common origin the human race forms a unity, for "from one ancestor [God] made all nations to inhabit the whole earth." ' [3]
This unity between both the male and the female aspect human being, spills over into all tribes and peoples of the human race - causing all to share in a larger unity than just male and female - what is called Man. From just one male and female sharing one human being, all males and all females share one humanity.
Keeping in mind that when it is referred to as one male and female, I am talking about one human male, and one human female in one human being.
If we take the unity of all humanity, and separate it into one human unity, being one human male and one human female, is it possible that, in and through our union and unity, can we commune?
If consciousness is all that in which we are aware and unconsciousness is all that in which we are not, then somewhere in our entire mind as a human being, according to this theory, you can find, if your female, your male counterpart; or if you're male, your female counterpart. What if our minds did have this capability to understand that maybe in our mind we have our male-consciousness at various levels, and female consciousness at various levels.
